Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Ledor Belgian Chocolate for your purchase. At Ledor, our aim is to deliver top-notch products accompanied by an exceptional customer experience.
As our chocolates are perishable, all sales are final and non-refundable. Ledor holds no responsibility for inaccuracies in order information provided by customers.
For packages confirmed as delivered by our third-party delivery partners but subsequently lost or stolen, no refunds or exchanges can be processed.
Any alterations to orders, such as changes to delivery addresses or quantities, must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
We entrust the delivery of orders to our own team or reputable third-party partners, utilizing the address provided during order placement. Any updates to contact details or addresses should be promptly communicated via the email or mobile number on file.
Given the perishable nature of our chocolates and gift hampers, returning them to origin due to non-delivery may render them inedible. Should a package be marked as RTO (return to origin) due to the recipient's unavailability, we will inspect the items and packaging for any damage.
If replacement is necessary due to damage, we will inform the sender of the associated costs. The customer may opt to cover these replacement charges or cancel the order. In the event of cancellation, a refund will be issued, deducting the value of the damaged items.
